Kathryn Mammel
Co-founder & President
Kathryn is a lawyer turned youth mentor and nonprofit consultant who thrives at the intersection of advocacy and education. She is committed to building a museum that gives every child the opportunity to explore their potential.
Darby James
Co-founder & Secretary
Darby, an MFA and experienced project manager, brings a background in grant administration and work in Beaufort County schools. She blends artistic perspective with practical know how to help shape Wonder and Think into a hub for curiosity and creativity.
Christine Boykin
Co-founder & Treasurer
Christine is a business owner, event planner, and former Development Director of an art museum with a passion for building community. She is dedicated to making Wonder and Think a place where children and families can connect through play, creativity, and discovery.
Shug
Playful Learning Assistant
Shug brings the loyalty, energy, and unconditional love that only a dog can offer. As our Playful Learning Assistant, he reminds us that every adventure is better when approached with joy, curiosity, and a wagging tail.
